About the event
Christmas Celebration at the Capitol
Beginning at 4:00 PM, you are invited to come see the Capitol decorated for Christmas! There will be an open house and an opportunity for pictures. The Governor will share some remarks and the Des Moines Christian Choir will sing. Everyone will head outside to see the tree lighting and enjoy a Christmas cookie. Oh, and did we mention Santa will be there???
